The Open format Kitchen, dining room and living room creates a fluid feel whose flow continues right out on to the balcony overlooking Bushnell Park. The kitchen is defined with a halogen up-lit lowered silver-leaf ceiling with built-in dimmable halogen task lighting, honed crème mar fils marble counter tops and limestone floor with Pewabic tile accents. The Dining Room sparkles with the large glass table and upholstered gold-leaf chairs but the real gift is in the built-in cabinetry. The custom built-in cabinetry base has three sections; each section has been customized for specific use: large pull out drawers for silver, tablecloths, and extra linens, six pull out trays for China, and serving pieces, and four adjustable shelves for additional storage. The top has custom framed mirror on mirror background and four adjustable shelves in the two side sections. The center section boasts 1940's plaster pieces with dancing children.
Behind the whole unit is ¾" cork sound solution material on the wall. The single vertical window with full length, inside mount silhouette shade and custom "McCloud" wall sconce fixture from London, England in gold leaf finish; on remote dimmer complete the warm and intimate dining atmosphere.

The Living room features a custom freestanding fire place with fluted column ornaments, a 36" TV with surround sound and full condo sound capabilities, countered by a pristine Baby Grand Piano and stunningly subtle 18" limestone tile floor. To your left there is a twelve foot sliding glass door to the balcony with a view of the state capital and Bushnell Park that will knock your socks off, and of course, there are full-length silhouette shades on the entire opening for privacy in the evening light.

The Tuscan style Bathroom reveals Tumble Bottoccino marble floor and two walls above the tub completed by waterworks large-scale off-white architectural ceramic molding .

The Foyer Niche finished entirely in silver leaf with dimmable Halogen atmosphere lighting and surrounded by opalescent wall paper by Innovations creates a heart-stopping impression when you walk in the front door of this condo.
