This sophisticated home of a software inventor and his family has a Continental feel as it merges the couple's Australian background with their American lifestyle.
The Living Room (above) is extraordinarily comfortable with its custom made carpet, white Damask sofa, and leather chair and ottoman. The walls have a faux finish mixing many colors including a silver shine. The tapestry cornice with full drapes and sheers, completes the look of the room.

This sophisticated Dining Room (above) has wood color Chippendale style table and chairs, a hand painted Bombe sideboard, and cut and textured designed off-white wool carpet by Stark. The brass and crystal chandelier lends soft light to the upholstered walls, and silk swags and jabots.

The Powder Room (left) walls are lined with a Carolyn Ray hand screened wallpaper juxtaposed with the thick sculptured geometric pattern vinyl wall treatment in the hallway.
The Family Room (right) is both a serious media room and a cozy fireside delight. The environment is inviting with its deep blue ceiling, light blue walls and mahogany built-ins.
The fireplace has an African Blue slate face with an Indian Pink sandstone inset keystone and mahogany mantle. Perhaps enjoyed most by the children is the state- of- the- art surround system with DVD and Plasma television. It truly rocks!
The Kitchen (left), the center of any family home, is functional and beautiful with it's hand painted faux finish walls, wine slate floors and granite counter tops.
